NYFW Day 0 - Houndstooth Suit

Excited to share with you a brand new post straight from NYFW! So yes, yesterday (Wednesday) was technically day 0, I guess, since the actual shows begin on Thursday, but that doesn’t mean we just stayed home! Today, we had the L’Agence presentation and it confirmed what I already suspected: This brand is quickly becoming one of my favorites! Before that though, I finished filming a special segment with my local NBC6 in New York City for Fashion Week. So stay tuned for that, too!
Houndstooth Suit
Since I was attending the L’Agence presentation, I wanted to, of course, wear the brand and they were kind enough to facilitate this gorgeous houndstooth suit. Talk about a suit, right? Love it for many reasons: Houndstooth is big this season. It began partially on the runways of the Chanel show, and continued to pick up everywhere else. It’s a classic though, so it’s never a bad idea to invest in one. Sure, it’s particularly trendy this season, but it’s not like you won’t be able to wear it in the coming years as well.
Suits like this one can also help you come off intelligent, competent, successful and confident, so they’re great for interviews and the work setting, but can also work outside of it, too.
