NYFW day three look: leopard in the urban jungle
The NYFW coverage continues! You can find the looks from the first two days already posted on the blog, but also this year, I'm adding a daily NYFW vlog so you can see a bit of the behind the scenes of what New York Fashion Week is really like! Today, we're on day three and this is technically the second look of day three, with the first one still to come. But for this look, we went full leopard to embrace the leopard and animal print trend for Fall 2018. So are you into leopard? Regardless, let's look at the details!
Don't forget to let me know in the comments below your thoughts on the outfit, and you can really help me out also by hitting like at the bottom of this page.
Leopard for NYFW
Sure, so leopard isn't exactly ground breaking, but it's one of the biggest trends for Fall. Throughout fashion week, I have seen countless people wearing either full leopard dresses or pants and top sets, or use the print as an accent - in bags and even shoes. Be on the lookout also, because I'm going to be covering leopard extensively in a Hot Trend Alert video coming up very soon (see previous video on Silk Scarf Print Trend as an example).
Leopard print outfit
This look in particular comes by way Ronny Kobo's Leopard dress. It's a sleek, sexy look perfect to ensure you stand out on a night out or date night. the dress features a V neck in the front that is not a big plunge, but is not very conservative either and the dress hits halfway down the thighs. Unlikely to be wearing this one to work (hehe).
For the rest of the look, I went with one of my new favorite bags - and an "it" bag of the moment" - the white Regina Pyo. Stay tuned for a Hot Bag Alert on this one after I wear it a bit more. Spoiler alert though: loving it so far.
I finished the look with a pair of shoes from Zara and a fun hair-do courtesy of GlamSquad.
