2020 Spring Bag Trends

Excited to share with you another article for Spring/Summer 2020, which I’m essentially already living in in my brain. Plus, the temperatures in NYC hit 69 degrees on a Monday in March, so why not transport ourselves to Spring already? In today’s article, we’re talking all things bag trends for spring and summer 2020, and how you’d come off if you opt to style your outfit with a great trendy bag. Plus, of course, we go shopping for some of my favorites.

Raffia: a classic spring and summer favorite + look for straw and weave bags. It’s a laid back bag that might help you channel a carefree, and easygoing mentality.
Microbags: definitely not the most practical but so cute! You’re happy to give up some practicality for something else you value greatly - showing that you’re not basic!
XL bags: the opposite of the above. The bigger, the better. While this bag tells us you’re likely practical and you choose the right equipment to get the job done, it can also convey a size does matter attitude while also making a big statement in this look-at-me head-turner accessory.
Bucket bags : a classic bag is back! Opting for classic bags likely means you prefer stability, familiarity, and consistency in your life.
Rainbow brights & colorful colors: this bag I’m wearing is an example as it features bright orange handles and rainbow-like colors in its body. These are mood-boosting colors and of course align great with Spring.
Handbags with statement-making buckles: A perfect option for someone who prefers wearing classic pieces but is seeking a subtle but bold accessory to help them come off more exciting and interesting.
