Francesca Liberatore Spring 2016 Collection

Hi all,

NYFW Saturday concluded for me at another amazing show: Francesca Liberatore. I was lucky to get backstage access again and get a sneak peak to the collection.

For hair, the Francesca Liberatore team created a unique look that featured a helmet head-like top created by slicking the hair, a wavy, loose bottom. For make up, the natural look that permeated NYFW2015 was present once again, but it was personalized by creating a silver headband below the hair line.

Prior to the show, I was able to watch the great Kelly Cutrone, from America's Next Top Model, manage the run-through.

On to the show now!

Orange dominated the runway during the Spring 2016 show for the most part with lighter and darker blues playing sidekick alongside. The lookbook below shows the entire line. Aside from the bold colors, the line featured what looked like organs or hearts designed into the fabric.

Look for orange, blue and white to be strong colors next Spring 2016 based on what I have seen in New York this week.

Below, check out my favorite looks from the show:

As always, thanks for reading!
