Hi all!

Since it's summer, I thought it would be a great idea to put together a post about how to go from the beach to out on the town in mere seconds! For the beach, I wore a pair of sandals that can be dressed down or up. Try wearing leather sandals or flats with details because they can be dressed up and avoid rubber flats because they are more casual. Regarding the cover up, I love how this one came with a black slip because it lent itself to be worn in a variety of ways. I also love the birds of paradise detailing on the dress, it truly is such a fun summer piece!

To help give this look a more dressed up feel, I switched up the hats since the panama hat would pair well with my chanel bag and because it also looked great with the dress because of the black detailing on the hat. For the bag, I chose a classic evening bag to make the look more chic and formal.
