MFW Look: Denim on Denim!
Hi all,
See you later London! That's right: I'm in Milan where I'll spend the next 5 days attending Milan Fashion Week shows, presentations and meetings while also touristing around and looking forscenic backdrops, of course. Of which let me say: this has to be one of the most beautiful cities I've ever been to. I confess: I'm in love in Milan. Have you been? Let me know in the comments below! But, on to the denim on denim outfit!
Denim on Denim
Today was technically the first day of Milan Fashion Week, but I didn't have too many presentations scheduled, so instead I decided to go for a casual look. I had just flown in, and was still getting my bearings in this amazing city. Prior to dinner, I got to attend the N21 show, which was amazing. Look for the full recap video next week when I get back home.
So the outfit of course is denim on denim, and features this denim jacket from Wrangler - though I couldn't find the exact one, here are two similar options. For the other denim on this denim on denim, you opted for this pair of jeans from Storets. You have seen these already and you might recognize them. The shirt is from Cinq-a-Sept, and the one I'm linking below is not exactly the same one, but it's also from them, and very similar. I've been into message tees lately and I've always been about being kind to everyone so I thought the message was appropriate.
Jumping into the accessories now and you'll notice the Dior bag. Logos are huge this year and I love being able to bring out this retro Dior bag. Would you believe I've had this bag for well over 10 years? That's why these bags are investments! (or so I tell myself and my husband :)
For the shoes, I opted not for classic retro, but instead an on-trend item with these white sock booties from Zara. These have been among my go-to pairs this Fall. Be sure you read all about shoe trends for the season and pick yourself up a pair if you can!
