Who is dr. christie ferrari?

Dr. Christie Ferrari is a clinical psychologist who received her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and her BA in psychology from University of Miami. She completed an American Psychological Association accredited internship and fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, mood, behavioral, attentional and sleep concerns across ages. Dr. Ferrari uses evidence-based behavioral and cognitive-behavioral principles and collaborates with families to develop effective and individualized plans.

In addition to her clinical work, she specializes in the psychology behind fashion, which combines her psychology training and 9 years experience as a fashion blogger. The psychology behind fashion examines the role clothes play in our interactions with others and the impact it can have on our mood, our very own thought processes, and our behavior. Through her wardrobe consulting business, Dress For The Mood You Want, Dr. Ferrari works with clients to examine how and why they buy, keep, and wear what they do, helps them explore, understand, and work through the internal reasons for their external wardrobe choices, and helps them discover how to dress for the life and mood they want.

Dr. Ferrari is currently accepting clients for Dress For The Mood You Want 1:1 sessions, which are conducted via telehealth.
