Bailey 44 Looks

My itinerary called for looks that were more casual in nature but were, of course, still cute! I was lucky to have partnered with Bailey 44 for this trip to Maine. Below, you'll find details on all the outfits you saw me wearing on InstaStories and throughout the weekend. So let's dive right in:

Trousers – comfiest pair of pants I own that aren’t pajamas 😉 I paired them with a cute neutral statement tee and finished the look with a pair of heeled espadrilles, bag, and hat. This look was perfect for the day and for exploring the town, a walk on the beach with my family, and enjoying lunch.

Black Off The Shoulder Top - One of my more casual day looks. I paired the top with a fun pair of flat espadrilles and pair of denim shorts. Easy to style and perfect addition to your wardrobe.

Orange Top – Loved this top - it's colorful, it's fun. I was able to style it from day to night by pairing it with a white denim skirt and simply swapping out a pair of flat sandals to a pair of heeled sandals for night. This is the quintessential summer, bright-colored top.

Black choker top – One of my favorite pieces from the trip. I wanted to capture a nice shot with a backdrop of a lighthouse so I opted to go for a monochromatic look to contrast against the backdrop. Thus, I selected to pair the top with a pair of black trousers. Because it was wet and I was climbing rocks, I actually went barefoot but you can try adding a pair of fun statement heels to dress up the look.

Black Skirt – Wore this skirt to dinner at the Tiller, which is the restaurant in the hotel and it was my more dressed-up look. I loved how the skirt accentuates the curves you already have. This time around, I paired with a black bodysuit and fun pair of stilettos.

Black Dress – A must for any wardrobe is a black maxi dress. I love maxi dresses because they’re so comfortable, yet so chic! After seeing the stunning cliff views from the hotel I knew I wanted to capture some shots on the cliff so I decided to wear the dress with a pair of sandals. You can swap out the flat sandals for a pair of heeled espadrilles too!

Cliff House Maine

This was my first time in Maine and it certainly won't be the last. I had a fantastic time and stayed at Cliff House Maine, which is nestled across 70 oceanfront acres atop Bald Head Cliff. This is a perfect place for those seeking a relaxing trip with their spouse, friends or family. You’ll be blown away from the 20-foot+ lobby floor to ceiling windows with cliff and ocean views. Plus, the service and overall attention to detail was spectacular. I'll definitely be coming back! This particular property is part of Destination Hotels, which is a collection of luxury and upscale independent hotels and residences across the US and Caribbean.

Cliff House Amenities

3 bonfires around the property.

Pool and heated jacuzzi.

Spa.

Highly recommend staying in one of their oceanfront rooms as you get 24/7 views of the beautiful cliffs and the ocean. It's both serene and relaxing. Plus, there's nothing like enjoying a nice sunset cocktail from your own balcony while listening to the waves crash against the rocks.

Cliff House Restaurants & Food

The food was beyond amazing. I’m not kidding when I say that I ate lobster for every meal. However, the hotel is also vegetarian friendly as my husband found good dishes for him too, including a polenta and sandwiches. The Tiller is their main restuarant for breakfast and dinner.  While Nubb's Lobster Shack is the choice for lunch.

If you’re seeking adventure or interested in venturing off property, here are a couple of items I recommend: First consider going out in the ocean whale watching or lobstering. If you'd rather stay on land, but close to the ocean, head to one of the many beaches, though I recommend Goose Rocks Beach and Short or Long Sand Beach.

A visit to Maine isn't complete without stopping by some of the lighthouses and the one you see in my pictures is none other than the Nubble Lighthouse.

I hope to make it back to Maine soon as I had a fantastic and very relaxing time. Have you been to Maine? Do you have altnerative recommendations? Let me know in the comments below!

As always, thank you for reading!

Xoxo,

Christie
