NYFW Looks with CLUSE

NYFW Looks with CLUSE

Hi all,

NYFW is in full swing right now and I’m very excited to have partnered with Cluse to keep myself on time and on schedule. NYFW gets busy, so I was looking for a versatile watch to wear with different outfits and I found the perfect one. For today’s post, we’ll chat a bit about the watch itself and two fun outfits I had for NYFW. So, without delay, let’s dive right in:

Minuit Full Black

I’m a big fan of versatility and one thing I always strive for is to edge up a feminine look. This watch is perfect for that, because the black case and face makes is very masculine and edgy in nature, but without losing its elegance. Plus, one big asset this watch has is that its bands are interchangeable making it a perfect every day watch. Wear a leather band, for example this nude one, during the day with one outfit, and swap it out for this mesh-like band for night time use.

NYFW Looks

For this first look, I started with the crochet top. I usually reserve crochet for warmer months, but it’s so cold as of late that I wanted to pretend it was warm, so I pulled this piece out of the Summer box and went to work.

I paired it with distressed denim for dressed down look and added this fun pair of black heels. Of course I needed something to keep me warm – we’re in NYC in February after all! For a NYFW-kind of statement, I added this fun monkey bag. Since the look is a bit more dressed-down, I paired with my new leather pink band for the Minuit Full Black from Cluse.

An easy and quick style tip: Try adding fishnets under the jeans for an even edgier look. Or you can also add a turtleneck underneath the crochet to “winterize” the top a bit.

For the second look, I went for layering. I paired my go-to white turtleneck with a fun, floor-length red flannel dress. To accentuate the waist, I added a belt. To finish off the look, I chose a simple, yet effective pair of black booties. Since this outfit was a bit dressier in nature, I changed the strap of my watch for the mesh one.

What do you think of the watch and the outfits? Let me know in the comments below!

As always, thank you for reading!

Xoxo,

Christie
